Diptarka Hait

Diptarka Hait and his theoretical research group develop and use quantum mechanics-based tools for studying diverse chemical phenomena. They are particularly interested in modeling electronic excited states, in order to uncover their role in photochemistry/photocatalysis. They also investigate ground-state processes, especially if open-shell species are involved.

He is currently an Assistant Professor of Chemistry.
